We have a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year. During peak season (July–August), a 7-night minimum may apply for certain villas.
Absolutely. Our villas are family-friendly with spacious layouts, private pools (with optional child safety fencing), and plenty of outdoor space for kids to enjoy.
Yes — the four hill villas share one estate, making them ideal for larger groups or celebrations. You can book individual villas or the entire estate. Villa Hermes can be added for overflow guests.
All villas include fully equipped kitchens, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, premium linens, outdoor dining areas, and access to the shared pool. Specific amenities vary by villa.
Yes, free private parking is available at both the hill estate and Villa Hermes. We recommend renting a car to explore the island.
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a partial charge. Full details are provided upon booking confirmation.
We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 14 days before arrival.
